PT. Abon Jaya Mandiri, is an individual company whose entire workforce is from the community around the production house. This business was founded on the basis of the abundance of fish during certain seasons which focuses on Tuna Fish Floss. PT. Abon Jaya Mandiri was established on January 1 2015 at Jalan Kapal Pinisi 7 RT 37 No.22, Loktuan Village, North Bontang District, Bontang City.

Over time, the processing produced is not only tuna fish floss but produces other preparations based on customer wishes such as fish sticks, dragon fruit chips, dry cakes, powdered shrimp paste. This business also established a processing and marketing group (Poklahsar) which was supervised directly by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. This group has 21 members including permanent employees of PT. Abon Jaya Mandiri, this is done to foster communities around the production house who want to have their own business brand. The benefit of this Poklahsar is getting direct coaching, both soft skills and product marketing.
